BIOGRAPHY: With multiple guest appearances on worldwide selling album compilations, numerous nationally televised panel discussions surrounding the themes of hip hop, gentrification and the lost community of Africville, a city wide high school tour surrounding anti-oppression training, and the foundation of a nation wide cultural fortification initiative in the media conglomerate Stolen From Africa, Unknown Mizery blurs the line between artist, teacher, student and documenter. Pursuing music at the age of thirteen he initially surfaced as a member of the Toronto hip hop collective, Cryptic Souls. His abilities as a solo artist would soon be recognized on a worldwide scale with his contributions on the Juno nominated Dj Serius album Dim Sum. To date his, contributions on the stated compilation are heralded as underground staples in Canadian hip hop. Unknown Mizery has completed three solo street releases to date, contributed as a member of the Toronto group Poor Man Militia and completed It Will Fall an album produced by Arkeologists and collaborated with Stolen from Africa co-founder Logikal Ethix. The later has sold over 10,000 copies and received endorsement by Toronto Mayor David Miller in December of 2006. Throughout the releases Unknown Mizery has murdered the stage with; Dead Prez, Killah Priest, Raekwon, Bahamadia, Pharaoh Monch, Brother Ali, Maestro Fresh Wes, the Arsonists and Mix Master Mike.

BIOGRAPHY: After two independent releases Ali is currently working towards the completion of ‘IMPERIALISM’ a fourteen track album set to be available online December of this year. His previous materials have charted across Canadian community radio and are available for download off of www.sonofabdul.com. BIOGRAPHY: Hobo Banditos are a 100% independent underground rap group from Toronto. They are known only as Dynamo, Twitchy Tantrum, and Harry “the Hat”. These pseudonyms represent the nameless, their masked identities represent the faceless. Their voices, those of the people. The Hobo Bandito Crew reaches far and wide, but it is the boys themselves that are the driving force behind their production company HI FI UMBILICAL. This year (2009) Aneeway has put out an album with Illskilled (Toronto emcee) called “vernissage”, a mixtape featuring some of his 2009 productions titled “bring dutches mixtape volume 1″ and a tribute mixtape to J-Dilla titled “J-Dilla, tha mixtape”. In addition he most recently produced an entire EP with Ali The Son Of Abdul & Unknown Mizery (Toronto) for their 24 Hour Project series. Dj Nio a.k.a. Nio Siddharta was born in Genoa (Italy) in 1980. He introduced himself to the Hip-Hop Culture in 1993 as a Dj and MC, and in 2000 he started making beats. Since 2003 he dropped many mixtapes under the name of D.j.NioS.
In 2001 he formed his main rap group, Zero Plastica, and in 2005 released independently, a critically-acclaimed first record. As a beat-maker, Nio loves to collaborate with many different MC styles, singers and musicians. He produced beats for many kinds of artists and even soundtracks for skate videos.
Nio is focused on thought provoking concepts and conscious lyrics, trying to communicate the peoples truth which is often silenced by the media, and ignored by the masses. He describes himself as not just a simple rapper, but a “RAPorter”, a journalist of the streets and the world.

ARTIST AUDIO: WAKIN’ UP
Famous for his top rock agility, Toronto’s Kue Rock is the world’s most famous aboriginal B-boy. Born into the Nippissing First Nations, he spent his childhood traveling around North America with his mother, celebrated native educator Doreen Roy. Landing in New York City in the late 1980s, Kue Rock (who also breakdances under the name Manitou Neemen) was introduced to the world of dance, art and music known as hip hop and spent his teens making a name for himself with the last original Bronx B-boy crew Ready 2 Rock.
